[Novembre 2005] 3121 Trademark

Une marque a été déposé depuis mars 2005 se nommant "3121".

Prince (ou plutot ses avocats) ont blindé cette marque dans le sens ou tout est protégé, tout ce qui est en rapport 3121 est protégé comme les parfums tshirt cd videos vetements etc.. etc..

D'après l'avis de certains avocats de mon taf (Il existe encore celui là :twisted: :twisted: ), s'il a blindé cette marque avec autant de pognon c'est que quelque chose se prépare bien.

Mais il y a un gros hic dans l'histoire c'est que prince se reserve le droit de tout annulé car cette marque a bien été déposer mais "not available" à la date d'aujourd'hui. Peut etre bien available pour le 12/31/2005 mais rien est indiqué.

Nous avons comparé cette marque avec d'autres en relation avec des albums et tournées de Prince qui ont suivi après > C'est exactement la même protection de marque.

Avec un peu de chance, on aura un album le 13/12, si les compos sont du niveau de SST et GlassCutter, àa pourrai être un truc bien.

La date d'enregistrement de ce nom de domaine parait en effet particulièrement ancienne, quasi 6 ans, il paraitrait donc assez probable que 3121 en tant que nom de domaine est été déposé à l'époque par une tierce personne puis récemment racheté par Paisley Park.

J'aime bien cet odeur de cuisson là. Ca donne faim.
On sait que y'a gestation quelque part, mais en plus il a l'air d'être assez gros le bébé...

Je sais pas si c'est l'huile de pépin de raisins de ma cuisine mais, il me semble avoir vu sur le npgmc -on a déjà eu des changements stylistiques, mais que les salles allaient être complètement refaites.
Ca fait beaucoup de choses...

Bon oui oui, j'arrête de croire ce qu'on me dit là bas...
